2016–17 Dundee F.C. Season
The 2016–17 season was Dundee's third consecutive season in the top flight of Scottish football since their promotion at the end of the 2013–14 season. Dundee also competed in the League Cup and the Scottish Cup. Season events On 17 April, Dundee sacked manager Paul Hartley, replacing him with Neil McCann the following day on an interim basis. Paul Charles Quinn (born 21 July 1985) is a Scottish former professional footballer. His usual position was right back, but he could also play at centre back or on the right wing. Quinn started his career at Motherwell and also played for Cardiff City, Doncaster Rovers, Ross County (two spells), Aberdeen and Dundee United. Daniel John Wilson (born 27 December 1991) is a Scottish association football, footballer who plays as a centre-back for club Livingston F.C., Livingston. Mark Ryan O'Hara (born 12 December 1995) is a Scottish professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for club St Mirren. He has previously played for Kilmarnock, Dundee, Peterborough United, Lincoln City and Motherwell. Darren O'Dea (born 4 February 1987) is an Irish retired professional football player, who is the assistant head coach of Swansea City. O'Dea has played as a centre back for clubs in Scotland, England, Canada, Ukraine and India, and represented the Republic of Ireland internationally. Victoria Park, also known as the Global Energy Stadium for sponsorship reasons, is an all-seater football stadium in the town of Dingwall, Highland, Scotland. Williams spent his early career in the English non-league, playing for Daisy Hill, FC United of Manchester, Clitheroe, Kendal Town and Chester. Paul McGowan (born 7 October 1987) is a Scottish professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for club Annan Athletic. McGowan started his career with Scottish Premier League club Celtic, but struggled to break into the first team and was sent out on loan several times.
