Kuwaiti Premier League
The Kuwait Premier League (), known as Zain Premier League due to sponsorship reasons, is the top division of the Kuwait football pyramid system. Formed in 1961, Kuwait SC holds the best record in the competition, having won 20 times. History The Kuwaiti Premier League officially began in the 1961/62 season, after playing unofficially for eight years (played with group of clubs: "Ahli - Al Jazeera - Arabism - Gulf - Solidarity - Al-Qubali, Al-Nahda, Al-Sharqai, Al-Merqab, Al-Mawalim and Al-Taawon). Burgan SC
Burgan Sports Club () is a professional sports club best known for its football team. Based in Al Farwaniyah, the club competes in the Kuwaiti Division One. player : ali ahmad faisal bash number 2 History 2014–15 inaugural season Burgan SC was set to compete in pre-season matches and tournaments inside Kuwait due to it just being added to the football league and play a number of teams for Kuwait to get ready for the league. Kazma Sporting Club () is a Kuwaiti professional football club. Founded in 1964, the club competes in the Kuwaiti Premier League. Club history Naming The club is named after the area of Kathma, which is located 40 kilometers north of Kuwait City, on the Kuwait coast. In 630 A.D., the battle of Chains took place in Kathma. Al Yarmouk Kuwait
Al-Yarmouk Sporting Club () is a Kuwaiti professional sports club located in the district of Mishref. It was established on 28 February 1965 in Failaka Island and was the only Kuwaiti club established outside mainland Kuwait at that time. The club was relocated to Kuwait after the 1990–1991 Gulf War, which resulted in the displacement of many inhabitants belonging to Failaka's island settlements. Therefore, due to inadequate facilities after the liberation of Kuwait, it was inevitable that the team had to move to a better and more sustainable location. Other reason for the relocation was due to insufficient means of transportation to Failaka Island for away matches during the regular season. Al-Salmiya Sporting Club () is a Kuwaiti professional football club in Salmiya. They have won the Kuwaiti Premier League four times, most recently in 2000. Al Qadsia Sporting Club () is a professional football club based in Kuwait City. Al Qadsia was founded in 1953 as ''Al-Jazira'', before being renamed to ''Al Qadsia SC'' on 20 October 1960.
