The 2015–16 EHF Challenge Cup is the ongoing 19th edition of the European Handball Federation's third-tier competition for men's handball clubs, running from 11 October 2015 to 22 May 2015. EHF Challenge Cup
The EHF European Cup is an annual men's handball club competition organised by the European Handball Federation (EHF). It is the third-tier competition of European club handball, after the EHF Champions League and the EHF European League. Founded in 1993 as the EHF City Cup, the competition was renamed the EHF Challenge Cup in 2000 before adopting its current name in 2020. History Before 2000, it was called EHF City Cup. HC Visé BM is a men's handball club from Visé, Belgium, that plays in the Belgian First Division and in the BENE-League. History The association was founded in 1954 under the name Amicale Visé. In 1988, the name of the club was changed to Handball Club Visé Basse-Meuse. The team reached the Belgian First Division in the 2000/2001 season. In 2014, they reached the final of the Belgian Cup, where they lost against Initia HC Hasselt 32-27, but since Initia HC Hasselt managed to win the league title, the club was able to participate in the international cup for the first time in the 2014/15 season, the EHF Challenge Cup. Handbal Club Odorheiu Secuiesc (in Hungarian language, Hungarian: Székelyudvarhelyi Kézilabda Club, commonly abbreviated SzKC) is a Romanian team handball club based in Odorheiu Secuiesc. Founded in the summer 2005 as ''Junior Kézilabda Club'', the team entered the Romanian second division yet in that year. They won promotion to the top level championship in 2007 and two years later they already debuted on continental level, playing in the EHF Challenge Cup. In 2011 the team achieved their best ever result by finishing runners-up in the league, with that they earned the right to participate in the 2011–12 edition of the EHF Cup.
