2015 Djurgårdens IF Season
The 2015 season was Djurgårdens IF's 115th in existence, their 60th season in Allsvenskan and their 15th consecutive season in the league. They were competing in Allsvenskan, Svenska Cupen. Djurgårdens IF Fotboll
Djurgårdens IF Fotbollsförening – commonly known as Djurgårdens IF, Djurgården Fotboll (official name), Djurgården (), and (especially locally) Djurgår'n (), Dif or DIF – is a Swedish professional men's association football department of its parent association Djurgårdens IF. Founded 1891 on the island of Djurgården, the club's home ground is 3Arena_(Stockholm), 3Arena, situated in the Johanneshov district of Stockholm. Competing in the highest Swedish tier, Allsvenskan, the club has won the List of Swedish football champions, national title twelve times and the Svenska Cupen five times. The national titles have mainly been won during three separate eras. The first period was the 1910s, when the team won four national titles. Alexander Faltsetas
Alexander Daniel Faltsetas (born 4 July 1987) is a Swedish footballer who plays for Utsiktens BK as a midfielder. Career Faltsetas started out playing as a child in the Gothenburg based club Västra Frölunda and stayed with them until 2009 when he signed with Superettan side FC Trollhättan after a trial. He initially started out as an attacking midfielder in Trollhättan but gradually moved back to a more defensive role where he had enough success that Allsvenskan club IFK Göteborg signed him the following year. There he played 19 games in his first season, but saw his playing time reduced to one substitute appearance his second year. Due to the lack of playing time he was loaned to IK Brage in Superettan. Brage wanted to keep him after the season but he instead chose to sign with Gefle IF. Elliot Käck
Elliot Käck (; born 18 September 1989) is a Swedish former footballer who played as a left back. Career Käck started playing football with Djurgårdens IF when he was six years old and stayed with the club throughout his youth career. At the age of 18 he went on loan to fifth tier side Värtans IK and after leaving Djurgården the following year he played for fourth tier club Värmdö IF and then Hammarby Talang FF in the third tier Division 1. In 2012, he switched clubs in the third tier when he moved to IK Sirius where he helped the club win promotion to Superettan. Käck joined Djurgården from IK Sirius after the 2014 season. He made his Allsvenskan debut on 9 April 2015 in the BK Häcken–Djurgårdens IF 1–1 draw. Emil Bergström
Emil Evert Bergström (born 19 May 1993) is a Swedish professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Greek Super League club Panserraikos. Club career Bergström made the move to Djurgården from IF Brommapojkarna as a youth player at the age of fifteen as he wanted to be at a bigger club. He had started out as a forward and then moved down to midfield before eventually finding his place in central defence. In 2010, he started getting a lot of playing time with the club's U21 team. On 15 April 2011, Bergström made his Allsvenskan debut against Malmö FF as a substitute. Midway through the following 2012 Allsvenskan season Bergström had become a regular starter at the central defence position. Amadou Jawo
Amadou Jawo (born 29 September 1984) is a Gambian footballer who plays as a striker for Brottby SK in Sweden. Career Jawo was born in Banjul, Gambia. He arrived in Sweden at the age of five and after settling down in Täby kyrkby he joined the local club IK Frej. When he was sixteen he made his first team debut for Vallentuna BK in Division 1. During his time at the club he scored 9 goals in 56 games. At the end of 2007 Jawo trialed with Djurgårdens IF. He played two games for the Stockholm club but did not end up getting signed. Daniel Mikal Aas Berntsen (born 4 April 1993) is a Norwegian footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder. Haris Radetinac
Haris Radetinac (born 28 October 1985) is a Serbian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Swedish fourth-tier club Åtvidaberg. Ahead of the 2025 season Radetinac returned to Åtvidabergs FF accepting a role as a playing assistant manager. Career Radetinac was born in Serbia but moved to Linköping, Sweden as an 18-year-old.
