2014–15 Missouri Comets Season
The 2014–15 Missouri Comets season was the fifth season of the Missouri Comets professional indoor soccer club. The Comets, a Central Division team in the Major Arena Soccer League, played their home games in the Independence Events Center in Independence, Missouri. The team was led by head coach Vlatko Andonovski. The Comets amassed a perfect 20–0 record in the regular season and earned a bye to the second round of the MASL playoffs. They defeated the Milwaukee Wave to earn the Central Division title but lost to the Baltimore Blast in the Eastern Conference Championship. Andonovski was honored as the MASL's Coach of the Year and forward Leo Gibson as the MASL's Most Valuable Player. 2014–15 Major Arena Soccer League Season
The 2014–15 Major Arena Soccer League season was the seventh season for the league and the first since six teams from the former Major Indoor Soccer League defected to what was formerly called the Professional Arena Soccer League. The regular season started on October 25, 2014, and ended on March 1, 2015. Each team played a 20-game schedule. Also it was the 37th season of professional Division 1 indoor soccer in the USA and the first season for the MASL as the top league. The UW–Milwaukee Panther Arena (originally the Milwaukee Arena and formerly MECCA Arena and U.S. Cellular Arena) is an indoor arena located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In the sport of association football, fouls and misconduct are acts committed by players which are deemed by the referee to be unfair and are subsequently penalised. The Wichita B-52s was an American professional indoor soccer team based in Wichita, Kansas. Founded in July 2013, the team made its debut in the Professional Arena Soccer League with the 2013–14 Professional Arena Soccer League season, 2013–14 season under head coach Larry Inlow. After beginning the 2014–15 season under Jeff Kraft, Kim Røntved, Kim Roentved was named head coach in December 2014. The team played its home games at Hartman Arena in Park City, Kansas. Tulsa Revolution
The Tulsa Revolution was a professional indoor soccer team from Tulsa, Oklahoma, which began play in the Professional Arena Soccer League with the 2013–14 Professional Arena Soccer League season, 2013–14 season then segued to the Major Arena Soccer League for the 2014–15 Major Arena Soccer League season, 2014–15 season. The Major Arena Soccer League (MASL) is a professional indoor soccer league in North America. The MASL features teams playing coast-to-coast in the United States and Mexico. The Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL), known in its final two seasons as the Major Soccer League, was an indoor soccer league in the United States that played matches from fall 1978 to spring 1992. History The MISL was founded by businessmen Ed Tepper and Earl Foreman in October 1977. The league fielded six teams for its inaugural 1978–79 season.
