2014–15 Croatian First Football League
The 2014–15 Croatian First Football League (officially known as the MAXtv Prva Liga for sponsorship reasons) was the 24th season of the Croatian First Football League, the national championship for men's association football teams in Croatia, since its establishment in 1992. The season started on 18 July 2014 and ended on 30 May 2015. 10 teams contested for the title. GNK Dinamo Zagreb, Dinamo Zagreb successfully defended its 9th consecutive 2013–14 Croatian First Football League, 2014 title in the final against NK Sesvete, Sesvete. Andrej Kramarić
Andrej Kramarić (; born 19 June 1991) is a Croatian professional association football, footballer, who plays as a Forward (association football), forward or attacking midfielder for Bundesliga club TSG 1899 Hoffenheim, TSG Hoffenheim and the Croatia national football team, Croatia national team. Kramarić started his football career in his hometown club GNK Dinamo Zagreb, Dinamo Zagreb and holds the record as the top youth goalscorer in the club's history. Hailed as one of the club's biggest talents, he made his first official appearance for Dinamo at the age of 17. Gordon Schildenfeld
Gordon Schildenfeld (born 18 March 1985) is a Croatian Association football, football Manager (association football), manager and former player who played as a centre-back. Schildenfeld is the manager of the HNK Vukovar 1991 in the second tier of Croatian domestic football. Club career Šibenik Schildenfeld began playing football at his hometown club HNK Šibenik. Ivica Olić
Ivica Olić (; born 14 September 1979) is a Croatian professional football manager and former player who is an assistant coach of the Croatia national team. During his career, Olić played for German Bundesliga clubs such as Hamburger SV, VfL Wolfsburg and Bayern Munich; won the 2004–05 UEFA Cup with CSKA Moscow; and appeared over 100 times for the Croatia national team. San Siro
San Siro is a football stadium in the San Siro district of Milan, Italy. It has a seating capacity of 75,817, making it the largest stadium in Italy and one of the largest stadiums in Europe. It is the home stadium of the city's principal professional football clubs, AC Milan and Inter Milan, who contest the Derby della Madonnina. Marcelo Brozović (; born 16 November 1992) is a Croatian professional Association football, footballer who plays as a Midfielder, defensive midfielder for Saudi Pro League club Al Nassr FC, Al-Nassr. After coming up through NK Hrvatski Dragovoljac, Hrvatski Dragovoljac's youth ranks, Brozović appeared in 22 games for his boyhood club in 2011, a season which saw the side relegated. Ivan Perišić
Ivan Perišić (; born 2 February 1989) is a Croatian professional footballer who plays as a winger for Eredivisie club PSV Eindhoven and the Croatia national team. Usually deployed as a left winger, he has also featured as a left wing-back, right winger, and in the beginning of his career as an attacking midfielder or even second striker. Osijek () is the fourth-largest city in Croatia, with a population of 96,848 in 2021. Stadion Gradski Vrt
Gradski vrt Stadium () is a multi-use stadium in Osijek, Croatia. It is located in the Gradski vrt neighbourhood in Novi grad city district. With a capacity of 18,856, it has been best known as the home ground of Croatian football club NK Osijek. History Construction started in 1949, but works were stopped several times. The first match played on the ground of Gradski Vrt was played between NK Osijek and FK Sloboda Tuzla on 7 September 1958. In 1980, the stadium was officially opened. In 1982, the record of stadium attendance was broken, on the football match between NK Osijek and Dinamo Zagreb. At that match, there were 40,000 attendants. The result was 1–2. An own goal occurs in sports when a player performs actions that result in scoring points for the opposition, such as when a Association football, footballer puts a ball into their own net.
