2014–15 Bobsleigh World Cup
The 2014–15 Bobsleigh World Cup is a multi race tournament over a season for bobsleigh. The season started on 12 December 2014 in Mt. Van Hoevenberg Olympic Bobsled Run, Lake Placid, United States and ended on 15 February 2015 in Sliding Center Sanki, Sochi, Russia. The World Cup is organised by the FIBT who also run World Cups and Championships in skeleton. Calendar Below is the schedule of the 2014/15 season. Bryan Barnett (born 10 February 1987) is a Canadian sprinter who specializes in the 200 metres. He took up bobsleigh in 2013 and represented Canada at the 2014 Sochi Olympics. Career Athletics Barnett won the silver medal in the 200m event at the 2006 World Junior Championships, and also competed at the 2007, 2009, and 2011 World Championships in Athletics, as well as the 2008 Olympic Games without reaching the final. For his silver medal performance at the 2006 World Junior Championships, he was named the 2006 Outstanding Junior Athlete of the Year by Athletics Canada. Justin Kripps (born January 6, 1987) is a Canadian bobsledder and an Olympic champion in two-man bobsleigh following his gold medal win at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea. Kripps won a silver medal in the two-man event at the 2017 World Championships and a bronze in the mixed team event at the 2012 World Championships. He has competed in the sport since 2006 and has many World Cup podiums.
