2013–14 PAOK FC Season
The 2013–14 PAOK FC season was the PAOK FC, Club's 88th season in existence and the club's Super League Greece#Seasons in Alpha Ethniki and Super League Greece, 55th consecutive season in the top flight of Greek association football. The team would enter the Greek Football Cup in the Third Round and would compete in the UEFA Champions League starting from the 2013–14 UEFA Champions League#Third qualifying round, Third qualifying round. On 14 June 2013, Huub Stevens signed a two-year contract to become PAOK's manager. PAOK FC (, ), short for "Pan-Thessalonian Sports club, Athletic Club of Constantinople, Constantinopolitans" (), and commonly known as PAOK Thessaloniki, PAOK Salonika or simply PAOK, is a Greek professional Association football, football club based in Thessaloniki, Macedonia (Greece), Macedonia, Greece. PAOK are one of the top domestic clubs, the most widely supported in Northern Greece. Jacobo Sanz Ovejero
Jacobo Sanz Ovejero (born 10 July 1983), known simply as Jacobo, is a Spanish former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. A controversial figure, he played 68 Segunda División matches over five seasons, representing Valladolid, Numancia and Tenerife in the competition. He appeared for Getafe and Valladolid in La Liga, and also competed professionally in Greece. Career Valladolid and Numancia Jacobo was born in Valladolid. Ioannis Skondras
Giannis Skondras (; born 21 February 1990) is a Greek professional footballer who plays as a right-back for P.O. Fiki. Career Atromitos Skondras began his career in 2004 with Asklipios Trikalon and joined after only one year in July 2005 with Atromitos. In July 2008 was promoted to the senior team who played in the Beta Ethniki here earned his first professional match on 30 November 2009 against Diagoras. Skondras gave a solid performance for Atromitos in 2011/12 Greek Cup where he virtually kept then top-scorer Kevin Mirallas quiet for most of the evening; a display that prompted plenty of interest from the Olympiakos brass. Michael Gspurning (; born 2 May 1981) is a retired Austrian footballer who played as a goalkeeper. Born in the city of Graz in southeast Austria, Gspurning has been called up to the Austria national team 3 times, including 2 World Cup qualifying matches. Gspurning began his career at Austria Wien in the Austrian Bundesliga and moved to DSV Leoben after not appearing for the senior team. Panagiotis Glykos (; born 10 October 1986) is a Greek retired professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. Club career PAOK The Keeper began his career at Olympiacos Volos, playing in their youth and reserve teams before signing for PAOK in 2007 as PAOK's manager Fernando Santos needed an extra goalkeeper for the upcoming season. He made his official debut for the club in a cup fixture in 2008. He was then shipped out on loan, making a handful of appearances, before establishing himself in the first team fold in the 2011–12 season.
