Season 2013–14 saw Greenock Morton F.C., Greenock Morton compete in their seventh consecutive season in the 2013–14 Scottish Championship, second tier of Scottish football (now called the Scottish Championship), having finished 2nd in the 2012–13 Greenock Morton F.C. season, 2012–13 season. Morton also competed in the 2013–14 Scottish Challenge Cup, Challenge Cup, 2013–14 Scottish League Cup, Scottish League Cup and the 2013–14 Scottish Cup, Scottish Cup. At the end of the season, they were relegated to Scottish League One for the 2014–15 season. Greenock (; ; , ) is a town in Inverclyde, Scotland, located in the west central Lowlands of Scotland. The town is the administrative centre of Inverclyde Council. Archie Campbell (born 10 January 1991) is a Scottish footballer who plays for Crossgates Primrose. Campbell started his career at Rangers, but left to join Morton after seven years at Ibrox. Derek Gaston (born 18 April 1987) is a Scottish professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper. Gaston previously played for Albion Rovers before joining Morton in 2012 then was at Arbroath for 5 years. He then spent a season with Stirling Albion. Career Gaston began his senior career with Albion Rovers in 2009, signing from local youth side Baillieston under-21s. Kyle Wilkie (born 20 February 1991) is a Scottish professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Gala Fairydean Rovers. Martin Hardie (born 22 April 1976) is a Scottish football coach and former footballer. Hardie started his career with Queen's Park in 1996, subsequently playing for eight different clubs, including two spells at Partick Thistle and also playing for both guises of Airdrieonians.
