The 2013–14 Ekstraklasa (also known as T-Mobile Ekstraklasa due to its Sponsor (commercial), sponsorship by T-Mobile Polska) was the 88th season of List of Polish football champions, the Polish Football Championship, the 80th season of Sports league, the highest tier domestic division in the Polish football league system since its establishment in 1927 Ekstraklasa, 1927 and the 6th season of the Ekstraklasa under its current title. The league was operated by the Ekstraklasa S.A. (corporation), SA. A total of 16 teams were participating, 14 of which competed in the league during the 2012–13 season, while the remaining two were promoted from the 2012–13 I liga, I liga. Each team played a total of 30 matches, half at home and half away. After 30th round, league was split into 'champion' (top eight teams) and 'relegation' (bottom eight teams) groups. (; meaning "Extra Class" in Polish), officially known as PKO Bank Polski Ekstraklasa due to its Sponsor (commercial), sponsorship by PKO Bank Polski, is a professional association football league in Poland and the highest level of the Polish football league system. Contested by 18 clubs, operating a system of promotion and relegation with the I liga, seasons start in July, and end in May or June the following year. Teams play a total of 34 games each. Games are played on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. The winner of the qualifies for the Polish Super Cup. Since 2005, the league is operated by the S.A. (corporation), Spółka Akcyjna.
