2013 BWF World Junior Championships – Mixed Doubles
The Mixed Doubles tournament of the 2013 BWF World Junior Championships was held from October 29 until November 3. Edi Subaktiar and Melati Daeva Oktaviani from Indonesia won the tournament last year. This year, Chinese pair Huang Kaixiang / Chen Qingchen took the gold medal, beating The Indonesian's Kevin Sanjaya Sukamuljo and Masita Mahmudin by 21-18, 20-22, 23-21 in the thriller and classic final match that ended after about an hour. Tang Chun Man
Jordan Tang Chun Man (, born 20 March 1995) is a Hong Kong badminton player. He started playing badminton at the age of seven, and joined the national team when he was 18. He was a 2025 Asian Championships gold medalist, 2018 Asian Games silver medalist, and two-time bronze medalists in the World Championships. He won his first title in the 2016 Chinese Taipei Masters partnering with Tse Ying Suet. Early life Tang studied at NTWJWA Leung Sing Tak Primary School and Diocesan Boys' School. Originally a football fan, he switched to badminton at age seven. Career Tang competed at the 2020 Summer Olympics in the mixed doubles partnering with Tse Ying Suet. They advanced to the bronze medal match, but were defeated by the host pair Yuta Watanabe and Arisa Higashino in straight games. Maiken Fruergaard
Maiken Fruergaard Sørensen (born 11 May 1995) is a Danish badminton player, specializing in doubles play. As a junior player, she was the gold medalists at the 2013 European Junior Championships in the team and mixed doubles events, and in 2014, she entered the national team. Mathilda Lindholm
Mathilda Lindholm (born 17 July 1995) is a Finnish badminton player, specializing in doubles play. She started playing badminton at 5 years old, then in 2005, she joined Finnish national badminton team. In 2011, she won gold medal at the European U17 Badminton Championships in mixed doubles event with Iikka Heino. She also finished as runner-up in senior level at the 2010 Finnish Open and 2015 Hellas International in women's doubles event with Jenny Nyström. She participated at the 2015 European Games in Baku, Azerbaijan. Iikka Heino
Iikka Heino (born 9 January 1995) is a Finnish badminton player. In 2011, he won the gold medal at the European U17 Badminton Championships, European U17 Championships in the mixed doubles event with Mathilda Lindholm. In 2013, he became the runner-up of Estonian International in men's doubles event. In 2014, he won a bronze medal at the 2014 European Men's and Women's Team Badminton Championships, European Men's Team Championships in Basel. In 2017, he was a runner-up of the Estonian International tournament in the men's doubles event partnered with Henri Aarnio. Personal life Iikka Heino brother, Eetu Heino, is also a professional badminton players. He started to playing badminton at the age of six in Paraisten, and entered the national team in 2011. Kim Ji-won (; born 26 February 1995) is a South Korean badminton player. Kim Jae-hwan (; born 13 August 1996) is a South Korean badminton player. He graduated from the Jeonju Life Science High School, and now educated at the Wonkwang University. In his junior career, he had collected a gold and two bronzes at the World Junior Championships, and also three silvers and a bronze at the Asian Junior Championships. In 2016, he won the men's doubles title with his partnered Choi Sol-gyu at the World University Championships in Russia. Alida Chen
Alida Chen (born 29 March 1996) is a Dutch badminton player. She won the 2009 Netherlands national championships U13 in girls' singles, doubles and mixed doubles, 2011 U15 in girls' singles, doubles and mixed doubles, 2012 U17 in girls' singles, doubles and mixed doubles, and 2013 U17 in mixed doubles. She became a quarter finalist at the 2014 Youth Olympic Games in mixed doubles event. Ruben Jille
Ruben Jille (born 11 July 1996) is a Dutch badminton player, specializing in doubles play. Jille started playing badminton at a small local club in Houten, the place where he grew up. He chose to join the national team in 2014. In 2016, he was semi-finalist at the Dutch Open partnered with Jacco Arends in the men's doubles event.
