The 2012–13 Macedonian Football Cup was the 21st season of Macedonia's football knockout competition. Renova are the defending champions, having won their first title. The 2012–13 champions were FK Teteks who won their second title. KF Renova
KF Renova () is a football club based in the village of Džepčište, Tetovo Municipality, North Macedonia. They currently competing in the Macedonian Third League (West Division). History FK Renova was founded in 2003 but was derived from the football school established in 2000. As a result of successful work in 2003, the people from Džepčište began to invest in this school of football. Since then, the football school was named Renova, after the Džepčište based manufacturing company, which invested the most to the club. Renova then merged with the Tetovo club FK Shkumbini and was initiated into the Macedonian Third League. In the club's first season, they came first in the league. To achieve promotion into the second league, Renova had to beat Vardar from Negotino. Renova won the game via penalty shootout. FK Gorno Lisiče () is a association football, football club from Gorno Lisiče in Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia. They currently play in the Macedonian Third Football League, 3.MFL (North). History The club played its first match in 1940 under the name ''Lisiče'' against ''Lebane'' from Leskovac. Over the years, the team has used a few different names, first ''Udarnik'' and later ''Bratstvo Edinstvo''. GFK Tikvesh 1930 (), commonly referred to as Tikvesh, is a professional football club from Kavadarci, North Macedonia, that currently competes in the Macedonian First League.
