2012–13 Luxembourg Cup
The 2012–13 Luxembourg Cup was the 88th season of Luxembourg's annual football cup competition. It began on 2 September 2012 with Round 1 and ended on 17 May 2013 with the Final. The winners of the competition will qualify for the first qualifying round of the 2013–14 UEFA Europa League. F91 Dudelange are the defending champions, having won their fifth cup title last season. F91 Dudelange (; , ) is a Luxembourgish professional Association football, football club based in Dudelange which plays in the Luxembourg National Division. It was formed in 1991 as a merger between three teams in the town: Alliance Dudelange, Stade Dudelange and US Dudelange. Domestically, it has since won the National Division on 15 occasions and the Luxembourg Cup eight times. FC Mamer 32 is a football club based in Mamer, Luxembourg. History FC Mamer was founded in 1932. The club plied its trade in the lower leagues of Luxembourgish football for most of its first sixty years, and only reached the third tier (the 'First Division') briefly in the 1970s, before relegation again. In 1992, Mamer gained promotion to the First Division again, and solidified its position there. Football Club Mondercange is a football club, based in Mondercange, in south-western Luxembourg. In the 2005–06 season, Mondercange finished third in the Division of Honour. This qualified Mondercange for a play-off with FC Avenir Beggen, which they won, granting them promotion into the National Division.
