Djurgårdens IF Fotbollsförening – commonly known as Djurgårdens IF, Djurgården Fotboll (official name), Djurgården (), and (especially locally) Djurgår'n (), Dif or DIF – is a Swedish professional men's association football department of its parent association Djurgårdens IF. Founded 1891 on the island of Djurgården, the club's home ground is 3Arena_(Stockholm), 3Arena, situated in the Johanneshov district of Stockholm. Competing in the highest Swedish tier, Allsvenskan, the club has won the List of Swedish football champions, national title twelve times and the Svenska Cupen five times. The national titles have mainly been won during three separate eras. The first period was the 1910s, when the team won four national titles. Peter Nymann Mikkelsen (born 22 August 1982) is a Danish professional footballer. Nymann is known for his explosive pace and precision crossing. Club career SønderjyskE Before joining SønderjyskE, Nymann played for B.93. He joined SønderjyskE in the summer 2004 at the age of 21. After SønderjyskE got relegated in the 2005/06 season, Nymann left the club because of a clause in his contract that assured that his contract could be terminated in case of the club would be relegated to the Danish 1st Division. Brian "Cobi" Span (born February 23, 1992) is a retired American professional soccer player who last played for Swedish club Haninge. Club career Span started out playing for FC Westchester as a youth player at age twelve. He stayed there for seven years and then went on to play two years of college soccer at the University of Virginia, scoring 12 goals and registering 8 assists during that time. Mattias Östberg (born 24 August 1977) is a Swedish footballer who plays for Hanvikens SK in Swedish Division 4 as a defender. Career Östberg began his career with Östansbo IS, before signing a professional contract with Ludvika FK. He also played with IFK Norrköping, before moving to England to play with then Second Division club Stoke City. Kebba Ceesay
Kebba Ceesay (born 14 November 1987) is a Gambian former professional footballer who played as a defender. He also holds Swedish nationality. Career Ceesay joined Djurgården from IK Brage at the start of the 2007 season, and made his Allsvenskan debut for Djurgården in the Stockholm derby against Hammarby IF on 13 August 2007. Emil Evert Bergström (born 19 May 1993) is a Swedish professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Greek Super League club Panserraikos. Club career Bergström made the move to Djurgården from IF Brommapojkarna as a youth player at the age of fifteen as he wanted to be at a bigger club. Henrik Daniel "Daja" Sjölund (born 22 April 1983) is a Finnish football coach and a former footballer who played as a midfielder.
