2011–12 Serbian Cup
The 2011–12 Serbian Cup season was the sixth season of the Serbian national football tournament. The competition started on 31 August 2011 and concluded with the final on May 16, 2012. The winner of the competition qualified for the second qualifying round of the 2012–13 UEFA Europa League. Preliminary round A preliminary round was held in order to reduce the number of teams competing in the next round to 32 and featured 14 teams from Serbian lower divisions. The matches were played on 31 August 2011. Note: Roman numerals in brackets denote the league tier the clubs participated in during the 2011–12 season. Round of 32 In this round, seven winners from the previous round were joined by all 16 teams from Serbian SuperLiga from 2010 to 2011, as well as the top 9 teams from Serbian First League from 2010 to 2011. Serbian Cup
The Serbian Cup ( Serbian: Куп Србије / Kup Srbije), also known as Mozzart Serbian Cup for sponsorship reasons, is the national football cup of Serbia. The winner of the competition gets a spot in the UEFA Europa League qualifying round. History Serbia's cup tournament is the legal successor to the Serbia and Montenegro Cup and in turn of the Yugoslav Cup. This cup tournament lasted for four seasons up until the dissolution of the state union of Serbia and Montenegro in 2006. The tournament was dominated by Serbian clubs with no Montenegrin sides reaching the final. Belgrade giants Red Star were easily the most successful club, reaching the final all four years winning twice and losing in the final the other two seasons. Surprisingly, Red Star's cross-town rival Partizan did not appear in a single final. FK Srem () is a football club based in Sremska Mitrovica, Vojvodina, Serbia. They compete in the Srem Intermunicipal League, the sixth tier of the national league system. History The club was founded as Građanski in 1919. They initially competed within the Belgrade Football Subassociation. After the reorganization of the Yugoslav football league system, the club joined the Novi Sad Football Subassociation. Serbian League West () is one of four sections of the Serbian League, the third tier of professional football in Serbia. The other three sections are Serbian League Belgrade, Serbian League East and Serbian League Vojvodina. It is also the highest regional league for the western part of Serbia. Fudbalski klub Mačva Šabac () is a Serbian professional football club based in Šabac, which competes in the Serbian First League. Bratislav Pejčić ( sr-cyrl, Братислав Пејчић, born 17 January 1983) is a Serbian retired footballer. He played in a midfielder position. FK Dinamo Vranje
FK Dinamo Vranje () is a football club based in Vranje, Serbia. History After spending 12 consecutive seasons in the third tier, the club won the Serbian League East and took promotion to the Serbian First League in 2006. They thus reached the second tier for the first time in their history. However, the club was promptly relegated back to the third tier.
