Ada Ciganlija ( sr-Cyrl, Ада Циганлија, ), colloquially shortened to Ada, is a river island that has artificially been turned into a peninsula, located in the Sava River's course through central Belgrade, Serbia. The name can also refer to the adjoining artificial Lake Sava and its beach. To take advantage of its central location, over the past few decades, it was turned into an immensely popular recreational zone, most notable for its beaches and sports facilities, which, during summer seasons, can have over 100,000 visitors daily and up to 300,000 visitors over the weekend. Aliaksandr Viktaravich Bahdanovich (, born 29 April 1982) is a Belarusian sprint canoeist. Competing in three Summer Olympics, he won a gold medal in the C-2 1000 m event at Beijing in 2008 together with Andrei Bahdanovich. They won silver in the same event in the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. At the 2004 Games, he finished sixth in the C-2 500 m event, rowing with Aleksandr Kurlyandchik. Ilya Alekseyevich Pervukhin (; born 6 July 1991) is a Russian canoeist who has won medals at Olympic, World and European level. Career Pervukhin made his international debut at the 2010 European Championship. He won the bronze medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the C-2 1000 m event, alongside Alexey Korovashkov. At the 2013 World Championships, Pervukhin and Viktor Melantyev won the silver medal in the C2 1000 m. In 2014, Pervukhin competed in both the senior and U23 World and European Championships.
