2010–11 Lebanese FA Cup
The 2011 edition of the Lebanese FA Cup was the 39th edition to be played. It is the premier knockout tournament for football teams in Lebanon. Al-Ansar went into this edition as the holders. Al Ansar holds the most wins with 12 titles. The cup winner were guaranteed a place in the 2012 AFC Cup. Round 1 16 teams play a knockout tie. 8 clubs advance to the next round. Al Ahed
Al Ahed Football Club () is a football club based in Ouzai, a district in Beirut, Lebanon, that competes in the Lebanese Premier League, the top flight of Lebanese football. The club was founded in 1964 as Al Ahed Al Jadeed, initially starting in the Third Division before reaching the Premier League for the first time in 1996. Nicknamed "the Yellow Castle" (), Ahed have won one AFC Cup title, nine Premier League titles, six FA Cup titles, two Federation Cup titles, eight Super Cup titles, and six Elite Cup titles. Al-Ansar (Lebanon)
Al Ansar Football Club () is a football club based in Tariq El Jdideh, a district in Beirut, Lebanon, that competes in the . Formed in 1951, the club did not win its first Lebanese Premier League until 1988. They went on to set a world record by winning the league 11 seasons in a row. Ansar is the most successful club in the country, having won the Lebanese Premier League 14 times and the Lebanese FA Cup 15 times, both domestic records. Tadamon Sporting Club Sour (), known as Tadamon Sour or simply Tadamon, is a football club based in Tyre, Lebanon, that competes in the , and is primarily supported by the Shia Muslim community. They play their home matches at the Tyre Municipal Stadium, and have won one Lebanese FA Cup and two Lebanese Challenge Cups. History In 1939, a group of students from Tyre, Lebanon, established a football team, which officially received its license in 1947.
