2010–11 Kuwaiti Premier League
The 2010–11 Kuwaiti Premier League season was the 49th since its establishment. The season started in August and finished in April after a 3-month break for the 2011 AFC Asian Cup played in January. Teams Al Salibikhaet and Al Tadamon were relegated to the Kuwaiti Division One league after finishing bottom in the 2009–10 season and relegation playoff respectively. The two relegated teams were replaced by Kuwaiti Division One champions Al Sahel and playoff winners Al Jahra. Kuwaiti Premier League
The Kuwait Premier League (), known as Zain Premier League due to sponsorship reasons, is the top division of the Kuwait football pyramid system. Formed in 1961, Kuwait SC holds the best record in the competition, having won 20 times. Al Jahra Sporting Club () is a Kuwaiti professional football club based in Jahra. They won the Kuwaiti Premier League once, in 1990. Al Qadisiya Kuwait
Al Qadsia Sporting Club () is a professional football club based in Kuwait City. Al Qadsia was founded in 1953 as ''Al-Jazira'', before being renamed to ''Al Qadsia SC'' on 20 October 1960. Qadsia currently plays in the Kuwait Premier League and has won the league 17 times. Qadsia plays in the Mohammed Al-Hamad Stadium, which is in Hawalli, and is the third largest stadium in Kuwait. Al-Sadaqua Walsalam Stadium
The Al-Sadaqua Walsalam Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Adiliya Kuwait City, Kuwait. It is currently used mostly for football (soccer), football matches. The second largest stadium in Kuwait, it can accommodate 21,500 spectators. The stadium has hosted many finals for the Kuwait Emir Cup and Kuwait Crown Cup. Kazma Sporting Club () is a Kuwaiti professional football club. Founded in 1964, the club competes in the Kuwaiti Premier League. Al Jahra () is a city and area located west of the centre of Kuwait City in Kuwait. Al Jahra is the capital of the Al Jahra Governorate of Kuwait as well as the surrounding Al Jahra District which is agriculturally based.
