The 2010–11 Belize Premier Football League (also known as the 2010–11 Caribbean Motors Cup) is the highest competitive football league in Belize Belize is a country on the north-eastern coast of Central America. Punta Gorda, declared a town on Monday, 21 January 1895, known locally as P.G., is the capital and largest town of Toledo District in southern Belize. Punta Gorda is the southernmost sizable town in the nation, with a population of about 5,000 people. Although the town bears a Spanish language, Spanish name, its inhabitants are mostly Belizean Creole, Kriol/English language, English-speaking and are primarily of Garifuna, Indians in Belize, East Indian, Belizean Creole people, Kriol, and Maya peoples, Maya descent. Ambergris Stadium
Ambergris Stadium is a 1,500-seat association football stadium in San Pedro Town, Belize which meets FIFA international standards. It is the home stadium of San Pedro Pirates FC of the Premier League of Belize History By July 2014, the former Ambergris Stadium was in a state of disrepair and unusable despite a multi-million dollar investment. San Pedro Town
San Pedro is a town on the southern part of the island of Ambergris Caye in the Belize District of the nation of Belize, in Central America. According to the 2024 mid-year estimates, the town has a population of about 20,000. It is the second-largest town in the Belize District and largest in the Belize Rural South constituency. The once sleepy fishing village was granted the status of a town in 1984. San Pedro's inhabitants are known as San Pedranos and most of them originally came from Mexico. Most speak both Spanish and English fluently. Orange Walk is the fourth largest town in Belize, with a population of about 13,400 (Official Release of the Main Findings of the 2010 Population and Housing Census).
