Lillestrøm Sportsklubb is a Norwegian professional football club based in the city of Lillestrøm, just outside of the capital Oslo. Lillestrøm SK is a Norwegian football club based in Lillestrøm, playing in Eliteserien. The club was founded in 1917, after the merger of two local football clubs. Their home ground is Åråsen Stadion, which has a capacity of 12,250 people, while the principal training ground is Lillestrøm stadion, or the indoor arena, LSK-Hallen. The club holds the Norwegian record for the most consecutive years without being relegated, having played 45 seasons from 1975 until 2019. Over the years the club has had around 40 players who have represented the Norwegian national team. Björn Bergmann Sigurðarson
Björn Bergmann Sigurðarson (born 26 February 1991) is an Icelandic former footballer who played as a forward. He began his career with ÍA in his native Iceland before a three-year spell at Norwegian side Lillestrøm, during which time he made his international debut. In July 2012, he moved to English side Wolverhampton Wanderers for a reported £2.4m fee. His contract with Wolves expired in June 2016 without renewal. Kristoffer Tokstad
Kristoffer Tokstad (born 5 July 1991) is a Norwegian professional footballer who currently plays for Norwegian First Division club Mjøndalen. Career Before transferring to Lillestrøm he played youth football for Lørenskog IF. He signed for Lillestrøm SK in mid-season 2007, was immediately loaned out to Lørenskog again. Karim Essediri (; born 29 July 1979) is a former professional footballer who played as a right winger. Born in France, he earned eight caps with the Tunisia national team at international level. Career Essediri was born in Paris. Before joining Lillestrøm in 2006, he played for Rosenborg, Bodø/Glimt and Tromsø in Norway, Club Meaux and Red Star 93 in France, and Club Africain in Tunisia. Essediri experienced a tough start at Tromsø, and was given partial blame for the club's 2001 relegation. The following year he was lent out to another Norwegian club Bodø/Glimt. Stian Lunder Ringstad (born 29 August 1991) is a Norwegian football defender who currently plays for Ullensaker/Kisa. He has previously played for Lillestrøm and Eidsvold Turn. Fredrik Aasmundrud Gulbrandsen (born 10 September 1992) is a Norwegian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Molde FK. Arild Sundgot
Arild Gilbert Sundgot (born 17 April 1978) is a former Norwegian football striker, who played most of his career for Lillestrøm. He is the younger brother of Ole Bjørn Sundgot, and the son of Otto Sundgot. He was capped several times on youth and under-21 level. He started playing for Lillestrøm in 1997, when he was brought from Hødd by Even Pellerud, the Lillestrøm manager at that time. Frode Kippe (born 17 January 1978) is a Norwegian former professional footballer who played as a central defender, mostly for Lillestrøm in the Eliteserien. He made eight appearances for the Norway national team. With 441 top division appearances, Kippe has made the third-highest number of appearances in Eliteserien.
