2009–10 PBA Philippine Cup
The 2009–10 Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) Philippine Cup or known as the 2009–10 KFC PBA Philippine Cup for sponsorship reasons, was the first conference of the 2009–10 PBA season. The tournament started on October 11, 2009, and ended on March 3, 2010. The conference featured Smart Gilas as guest team. The tournament is an All-Filipino format, which doesn't require an import or a pure-foreign player for each team. Format The following format will be observed for the duration of the conference: * Double-round robin eliminations; 18 games per team; Teams are then seeded by basis on win–loss records. Ties are broken among points differences of the tied teams. ''PBA on Solar Sports'' (formerly known as ''PBA on C/S 9'' and ''PBA on Solar TV'') is a Television in the Philippines, Philippine television sports presentation show broadcast by C/S, Solar TV and Studio 23. Ranidel De Ocampo
Ranidel Rozal de Ocampo (born December 8, 1981) is a Filipino former professional basketball player and assistant coach for the TNT Tropang 5G of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). He played for FedEx and Talk 'N Text as well as the Philippine national basketball team. He is the younger brother of basketball player Yancy de Ocampo. College career De Ocampo started playing organized basketball at the Saint Francis of Assisi College System Doves together with his brother, Yancy. Manila Clasico is a Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) rivalry between the Barangay Ginebra San Miguel and Magnolia Chicken Timplados Hotshots, two of the most successful and most popular teams in the league. The San Miguel Beermen are a professional basketball team in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA).
