Jordan League
The Jordanian Pro League () is a Jordanian professional league for men's football clubs and represents the top flight of Jordanian football. The championship consists of twelve competing teams in a home and away league system. The league was not held in the years: 1948, 1953, 1957, 1958, 1967, 1968, 1969, and not finished in 1998. In 2002, the league changed calendar to a fall spring season, and in 2020 the league returned to a spring fall season. From the 2023-24 season, the Jordan Football Association, JFA decided to return to the fall spring calendar to match the date of the league with the Asian championships. Al-Faisaly Sports Club () is a Jordanian professional football club based in Amman. Founded in 1932, the club competes in the Jordanian Pro League, the top flight of Jordanian football. Nicknamed "the Blue Eagles", they were founded as Al-Ashbal Club in 1932. Shabab Al-Ordon Club () is a Jordanian professional Association football, football club based in Amman, that competes in the Jordanian Pro League. Kufrsoum Sports Club () is a Jordanian football club which is based in the village of Kufr Soum, Jordan. It currently competes in the Jordanian First Division League, the second tier of Jordanian football. History Kufrsoum Sports Club was established in 1973, when a group of young people from the village of Kufr Soum sought to establish a sports club, to which the club began its activities in football, handball, volleyball, athletics, and table tennis once they were granted approval. Ar-Ramtha (), colloquially transliterated as Ar-Romtha (), is a city situated in the far northwest of Jordan near the border with Syria. It covers 40 km2 on a plain 30 km northeast of the Jordan River and Irbid.
