USK Praha (official name: ZVVZ USK Praha) is a Czech professional women's basketball club that was founded in 1953 in the city of Prague. USK Praha plays in the Czech Women's Basketball League, Czech League, the highest competition in the Czech Republic. It is a 26-times national champion. On the international scene, the team’s greatest successes have been winning the Ronchetti Cup in the 1975/76 season, the EuroLeague Women, EuroLeague in the 2014/15 and 2024/25 seasons, and the FIBA Europe SuperCup Women, FIBA SuperCup in 2015. Sancho Lyttle (born September 20, 1983) is a Vincentian-Spanish former professional basketball player for the Women's National Basketball Association, WNBA. Combining the WNBA and the European season, she has won six domestic leagues and four Euroleague Women, Euroleague titles with four teams in three countries. She was born in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and was granted Spanish nationality law, Spanish nationality in June 2010. Candice Dupree (born August 16, 1984) is an American basketball coach and former player who is currently the head coach for the women's basketball team at Tennessee State University. She was selected sixth in the 2006 WNBA draft by the Chicago Sky. In 2014, Dupree won the WNBA Championship with the Phoenix Mercury. She has also played basketball professionally in Europe and Asia. She has won two FIBA World Cups with Team USA. Dupree was hired by the San Antonio Spurs as a Player Development coach in 2022. Personal life Dupree grew up in Tampa, Florida. Angel Lajuane McCoughtry (born September 10, 1986) is an American professional basketball player who last played for the Minnesota Lynx of the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) and a two-time Olympic gold medalist. McCoughtry completed her college career at the University of Louisville in 2009. Diana Lorena Taurasi (born June 11, 1982) is an American former professional basketball player who played in the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) for 20 seasons, spending her entire career with the Phoenix Mercury.
