Siot Tanquingcen
Bethune "Siot" Tanquingcen is a Filipino professional basketball head coach. He is currently an assistant coach for the NU Bulldogs and the NLEX Road Warriors. As coach, Tanquingcen has won three PBA championships: two with Barangay Ginebra San Miguel (2004 PBA Fiesta Conference, 2004 Fiesta Conference and 2004–05 PBA Philippine Cup, 2004–2005 Philippine Cup) and one with the San Miguel Beermen (2009 PBA Fiesta Conference finals, 2009 Fiesta Conference). Pido Jarencio
Alfredo Lorenzo "Pido" Mendoza Jarencio (born September 5, 1964) is a Filipino basketball coach and former professional player. He is the head coach for the UST Growling Tigers of the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP). He had coached UST previously from 2006 to 2013; he won the UAAP title in his first season and was named UAAP Coach of the Year. He is also the team manager for NorthPort Batang Pier of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) and was their head coach on two stints. He played college basketball for the UST Growling Tigers and played in the PBA from 1986 to 2001. Known as "the Fireman", he distinguished himself as one of the league's best three-point shooters, especially in clutch situations. Ynares Sports Arena
The Ynares Sports Arena is an indoor arena located in Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines. The stadium has hosted the basketball games of the Philippine Basketball Association, Philippine Basketball League, and Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League, as well as college basketball tournaments. The arena was built in the former location of Rizal's provincial capitol, just nearby the location of former Rizal Provincial Jail Facility. Gingoog ( ), officially the City of Gingoog (; ), is a component city in the province of Misamis Oriental, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 136,698 people. Barako Bull Energy Boosters
The Barako Bull Energy Boosters were a professional basketball team of the Philippine Basketball Association owned by the Photokina Marketing Corporation. They entered the league in 2000, after a successful stint in the semi-professional Philippine Basketball League during the late 1990s. Under the name Agfa Color, the team won a championship in 1996. It was originally known as the Red Bull Barako before the team announced its name change. Barako Bull has won two Commissioner's Cups, in 2001 and in 2002 and the 2006 Fiesta Conference. Lordy Tugade
Lordy Tugade (born December 30, 1977, in Alaminos, Pangasinan) is a Filipino retired professional basketball player. He last played for the Powerade Tigers in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). Known as the Alaminos Assassin for his three-point shooting, he played for the NU Bulldogs in the UAAP and the Red Bull Barako both in their PBL and PBA stints before being traded to San Miguel in October 2006. Early life Tugade grew up as the fourth of six children, and the eldest son of his family. Growing up, he played volleyball as he developed his leaping ability and grew taller. Anthony Jamaul Washington (born November 10, 1981) is a Filipino-American professional basketball player who last played for Yokohama Excellence of the Japanese B.League. College career Born in Zambales, Philippines, Washington played for the Eckerd College Tritons during his college career. Donaldo "Dondon" Cabañes Hontiveros (born June 1, 1977) is a Filipino politician and former professional basketball player and coach. Cuneta Astrodome
Cuneta Astrodome, also known as Pasay Astrodome or simply the Astrodome, is an indoor arena located in Pasay, Philippines. The arena has hosted Philippine Basketball Association games from 1993 to 1999 and again from 2001 onwards, and also currently serves as the home arena of the Pasay Voyagers of the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League.
