The 2008/09 FIS Freestyle Skiing World Cup was the thirtieth World Cup season in freestyle skiing organised by International Ski Federation. The season started on 18 December 2008 and ended on 20 March 2009. Alexandre Bilodeau
Alexandre Bilodeau (; born September 8, 1987) is a Canadian retired freestyle skiing, freestyle skier from Rosemère, Rosemere, Quebec, Bilodeau currently resides in Montreal, Montreal, Quebec. Bilodeau won a gold medal in the Freestyle skiing at the 2010 Winter Olympics – Men's moguls, men's moguls at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, becoming the first Canadian to win a gold medal at an Olympic Games held in Canada. At the 2014 Winter Olympics, he became the first Olympian in history to defend his gold medal in any freestyle skiing event as well as the first Canadian to defend an individual title since Catriona Le May Doan at the 2002 Winter Olympics. Bilodeau is a three-time FIS Freestyle World Ski Championships, FIS World Champion in dual moguls, and is also a two-time Worlds silver medallist in Mogul skiing, moguls. Cypress Mountain
Cypress Mountain is a ski area in West Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, located in the southern section of Cypress Provincial Park, operated under a BC Parks Park Use Permit. The ski resort is a 30-minute drive north of downtown Vancouver, and has 53 named alpine ski runs (many accessible for night skiing) and 19 km of cross country trails. Snowshoeing tours are also popular. Snow schools and rentals, Cypress Creek Grill, Gold Medal Cafe and Crazy Raven Bar and Grill and a Big Bear Sports retail shop are also located on the premises in the Cypress Creek Lodge. Alexandr Aleksandrovich Smyshlyaev (, born 16 March 1987) is a Russian freestyle skier who specializes in the moguls discipline. Career Smyshlyaev competed at the 2006, 2010, 2014, and 2018 Winter Olympics. At the 2014 Olympics in Sochi, he won a bronze medal in the men's moguls event. At the 2015 Freestyle World Ski Championships in Kreischberg Kreischberg is an Austrian ski resort in Styria, Austria.
