Philippe Gilbert (born 5 July 1982) is a Belgian former professional road bicycle racer, who is best known for winning the 2012 UCI Road World Championships – Men's road race, World Road Race Championships in 2012, and for being one of two riders, along with Davide Rebellin, to have won the three Ardennes classics – the Amstel Gold Race (men's race), Amstel Gold Race, La Flèche Wallonne and Liège–Bastogne–Liège – in a single season, which he accomplished in 2011 UCI World Tour, 2011. Nicolas Vogondy (born 8 August 1977) is a French former professional road racing cyclist, who competed as a professional between 1997 and 2013. Career Born in Blois, Vogondy won the Tour de Lorraine in 1995 as a junior. He became a professional rider in 1997 when he signed for . His first professional win came in that same year when he won the third stage of the Tour de Normandie. In 2002 he became national champion of France when he outsprinted Nicolas Jalabert and Patrice Halgand. He won the overall rankings of the Boucles de la Mayenne in 2007, after winning the second stage earlier. Tom Boonen (; born 15 October 1980) is a Belgian former road bicycle racer, who competed as a professional between 2002 and 2017 for the and teams and a professional racing driver who currently competes in Belcar, having previously competed in the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series. Boonen won the 2005 UCI World Road Race Championships, and was a single-day road specialist with a strong finishing sprint. Kristof Goddaert (21 November 1986 – 18 February 2014) was a Belgian road racing cyclist who competed as a professional between 2008 and 2014 for the , and squads. Born in Sint Niklaas, Belgium, Goddaert left at the end of the 2012 season, and joined the new team for the 2013 season. On 18 February 2014, Goddaert was killed during a training ride in Antwerp, when he fell from his bike and was struck by a De Lijn bus. Daniele Bennati (born 24 September 1980) is an Italian former road racing cyclist, who rode professionally between 2002 and 2019 for the , , , , , , and squads. Specialising in fast Cycling sprinter, sprint finishes, Bennati turned professional in 2002, when he joined the team and wore zebra stripes as part of Mario Cipollini's leadout train. Upon joining the team in 2005, he demonstrated the ability to win on his own, and continued to do so when he joined in 2008. Erik Zabel
Erik Zabel (; born 7 July 1970) is a German former professional road bicycle racer who raced for most of his career with Team Telekom. With 152 professional wins and 211 wins in his career, he is considered by some to be one of the greatest German cyclists and cycling sprinters of all time. Zabel won a record nine points classifications in Grand Tour (cycling), grands tours including the points classification in the Tour de France six consecutive years between 1996 and 2001 and the points classification in the Vuelta a España in 2002, 2003 and 2004.
