The 2007–08 Druga HNL season was the 17th since its establishment. The first placed team were Croatia sesvete and the last four clubs were relegated to Treća HNL. The Prva nogometna liga (), commonly Prva NL or 1. NL, is the second tier of the football league system in Croatia. The league was formed in 1991 with the breakup of Yugoslavia and the dissolution of the Yugoslav Second League. The 1. Segesta
Segesta (, ''Egesta'', or , ''Ségesta'', or , ''Aígesta''; ) was one of the major cities of the Elymians, one of the three indigenous peoples of Sicily. NK Vinogradar
NK Vinogradar () was a Croatian football club based in the village of Lokošin Dol, part of the town of Jastrebarsko. The club merged with NK Jaska in 2021 after the death of Ivan Rubinić, the former owner who helped the club become well known as a well-run amateur team in the 2000s and 2010s with a number of cup runs. NK Slavonac CO
NK Slavonac is a Croatian football club based in a village Stari Perkovci in Slavonia. Slavonac clinched promotion to an expanded 1. HNL in 2009 after finishing 4th in the second division. However, since the club plays in a village of only 1,300 people, they were not able to secure a home ground for the top flight in nearby Slavonski Brod and were instead administratively relegated.
