Paul Ellender
Paul Ellender (born 21 October 1974) is an English former professional footballer and former assistant manager of Bottesford Town. As a player he was a defender initially playing from 1993 to 2011, he played in the Football League for Boston United and Chester City, and having started his career at Scunthorpe United he also went on to play at Non-league level for Gainsborough Trinity, Altrincham, Scarborough, Alfreton Town, Retford United and North Ferriby United. Playing career Born in Scunthorpe, Ellender joined Scunthorpe United as a YTS trainee, and went on to sign professional forms, but was released at the end of the 1993–94 season without having made a first-team appearance. He joined Northern Premier League club Gainsborough Trinity, where he became captain, and led the club out in their 1997–98 FA Cup first-round tie against Lincoln City. Jamie Stevens (born 25 February 1989) is an English professional footballer currently at Wisbech Town. His versatility enables him to operate in any defensive position, however his most natural position is centre back. Career Born in Holbeach, Lincolnshire, Stevens started his career in the youth team at Rushden & Diamonds, before joining Boston United on a two-year scholarship. Stevens scored on his professional début against Notts County on 4 November 2006. Stevens was a consistent performer in Boston United's first team in 2007. Richard Ryan (born 6 January 1985) is an Irish former professional footballer who serves as an assistant coach with USL Championship club FC Tulsa. Over the course of his career he played for Sunderland, Scunthorpe United and Boston United in England, Royal Antwerp in Belgium, Sligo Rovers and Shamrock Rovers in Ireland, Dundee United in Scotland, Ottawa Fury in Canada, and Jacksonville Armada, Miami FC, FC Cincinnati, and El Paso Locomotive in the United States.
