Carlos García Quesada (born April 18, 1978 in La Zubia) is a Spanish former professional road racing cyclist. He turned professional with Kelme in 2001, and stayed with them until the end of 2005. Manuel Beltrán
Manuel Beltrán Martinez (born 28 May 1971) is a former professional road bicycle racer from Spain. His finishes in the Tour de France are somewhat misleading as he was a lieutenant for his team leader. He was the team leader for numerous Vuelta a España rides and performed well. Beltrán tested positive for EPO after the first stage of the 2008 Tour de France, according to ''L'Équipe'' 11 July 2008. The same date as the news broke, a spokesman for his team Liquigas said he would be suspended from the team and thrown out of that year's tour. It was later confirmed that his B-sample also tested positive. Beltrán was suspended for two years. In 2010, he had to pay his former team 100.000 euros because of his positive doping test in the Tour de France. His name was also on the list of doping tests published by the French Senate on 24 July 2013 that were collected during the 1998 Tour de France and found positive for EPO when retested in 2004. Oliver Zaugg (born 9 May 1981) is a Swiss former professional road bicycle racer, who competed professionally between 2004 and 2016 for , , , , and . Career Zaugg won his first major race in 2011, the Giro di Lombardia. He attacked on the Villa Vergano climb with to go, soloing on to victory. José Adrián Bonilla Bonilla (born April 28, 1978) is a Costa Rican former professional road bicycle racer. He competed at the 2000 Summer Olympics and the 2004 Summer Olympics. He debuted professionally in 2004 with the team Comunidad Valenciana. In 2006, during the Operación Puerto doping case by the Spanish police, he was identified as the client of a doping traffic network led by Eufemiano Fuentes, under the code name ''Bonilla Alfredo''. Bonilla was not sanctioned by the Spanish government since doping was not a crime at the time. He did not receive any other sanction either since the judge assigned to the case refused to share the case's evidence with the World Anti-Doping Agency or the Union Cycliste Internationale. Spanish court 31 later cleared him and all the other members of Comunidad Valenciana of any involvement in the case. Kaiku () was a Spanish UCI Professional Continental cycling team based in the Basque country that participated in UCI Continental Circuits races and when selected as a wildcard to UCI ProTour events.
