José Manuel Rey
José Manuel Rey Cortegoso (born 20 May 1975) is a Venezuelan former footballer who played as a central defender, currently a manager. Known as ''Pokémon'' and ''Tetero'', and a free kick specialist, he represented mainly Caracas in a 20-year professional career. Rey was at one time Venezuela's second-most ever capped player, surpassing 100 international appearances. He was part of the squads at six Copa América tournaments. Club career During his career, Rey played mainly with Caracas FC, also representing several clubs in Europe and South America: C.S. Marítimo de Venezuela, C.S. Emelec (two spells), Pontevedra CF, Atlético Nacional and AEK Larnaca FC. In 1995, he had a short spell with Deportivo de La Coruña in Spain, but only appeared for the reserves. Copa Sudamericana 2006
The 2006 Copa Sudamericana de Clubes, officially the 2006 Copa Nissan Sudamericana de Clubes for sponsorship reasons, was an international football championship competition that was played by 34 teams in total, including 31 CONMEBOL teams and also three invited teams from CONCACAF. Pachuca won their first title in history after defeating Colo-Colo tying 1–1 in the first leg in Mexico, and winning 2–1 in Chile. Pachuca only lost one game in the tournament, against Colombian Deportes Tolima 2–1 in their debut. This was the second time a Mexican club reached the final, after UNAM lost the 2005 edition to Boca Juniors. Meanwhile, this was also the first time a Chilean club arrived to a final since the tournament's inauguration in 2002. The 2007 Copa Libertadores de América (officially the 2007 Copa Toyota Libertadores de América for sponsorship reasons) was the 48th edition of the Copa Libertadores. It started on January 24, 2007, and finished on June 20, 2007. It was won by Boca Juniors, who earned their 6th Copa Libertadores title. They won the Libertadores with Miguel Angel Russo. Caracas Fútbol Club is a Venezuelan professional football team based in Caracas. The club has won twelve First Division titles making it the most successful in Venezuelan football history. They are nicknamed ''Los Rojos del Ávila'', or the "Reds from Ávila". This refers to their red jerseys as well as Cerro El Ávila, a mountain near Caracas. Alejandro Abraham Guerra Morales (born 9 July 1985) is a Venezuelan former professional footballer who played as an attacking midfielder. Club career Caracas Born in Caracas, Guerra started his senior career at hometown club Caracas FC, making his senior debut in 2003 and appearing in four matches during the campaign. Estadio José Encarnación "Pachencho" Romero is a sports stadium in Maracaibo, capital of the Zulia state, in Venezuela. The stadium holds 40,800 spectators.
