The 2005/06 FIS Ski Jumping Continental Cup was the 15th in a row (13th official) Continental Cup winter season and the 4th summer season in ski jumping for men. This was also the 2nd winter season for ladies. Other competitive circuits this season included the World Cup and Grand Prix. Marcin Bachleda
Marcin Bachleda (born 4 September 1982) is a Polish ski jumper. He made his World Cup debut in February 2001 in Willingen, and collected his first World Cup points with a 28th place in January 2002 in Zakopane. He has placed once among the top fifteen, with an eleventh place from November 2002 in Kuusamo. He has won five Continental Cup competitions. He competed at the World Championships in 1999, 2001, 2003 and 2005. Primož Peterka
Primož Peterka () is a Slovenian former ski jumper who competed from 1996 to 2011. He is one of the most successful athletes from Slovenia, having won fifteen individual FIS Ski Jumping World Cup, World Cup competitions, two consecutive overall World Cup titles, a FIS Ski Flying World Cup, Ski Flying World Cup title, and the Four Hills Tournament. Career Peterka started ski jumping on a small hill (with a construction point, K-point at around 20 metres) near his hometown of Moravče, a small town about 30 km northeast from Ljubljana. He later joined the Triglav ski club in Kranj. 1995–1996 Peterka made his FIS Ski Jumping World Cup, World Cup debut on 4 January 1996. Clint Jones (born October 5, 1984) is an American former ski jumper, currently residing in Park City, Utah. He participated in both the 2002 and 2006 Winter Olympics, earning his best finish of 42nd in the individual large hill at the 2002 event. Lysgårdsbakken, officially known as Lysgårdsbakkene Ski Jumping Arena (), is a ski jumping hill in Lillehammer, Norway. It consists of a large hill, with a K-point of 123 and a hill size of 138, and a small hill with a K-point of 90 and a hill size of 98.
