2005–06 Egyptian Super Cup
The 2005–06 Egyptian Super Cup was the fifth edition of the Egyptian Super Cup, an annual football match between the winners of the previous season's Egyptian Premier League and Egypt Cup. The match is usually contested by the winners of the Premier League and the Egypt Cup, Al Ahly SC, Al Ahly won the 2004–05 Egyptian Premier League and ENPPI SC, ENPPI won the 2004–05 Egypt Cup. The match was played at the Osman Ahmed Osman Stadium in Cairo. Al Ahly won the match 1–0 at extra time, after the match finished 0–0 after 90 minutes. Details References

Egyptian Super Cup
The Egyptian Super Cup is Football in Egypt, Egyptian football's annual match contested between the champions of the Egyptian Premier League season and the holders of the Egypt Cup. If the Egyptian Premier League champions also won the Egypt Cup then the cup runners-up provide the opposition. The competition was founded in 2001, the first team to win the trophy was Zamalek SC. From the 2023-24 season the tournament is characterized by a new format, four teams will compete instead of the usual two teams. Emad El Nahhas
Emad El Nahhas (; born 15 February 1976) is an Egyptian football coach and former player. El-Nahhas finished his career at Al-Ahly Club after retiring, undertaking training several times. Playing career Aswan SC El Nahhas began his football career at the Maghagha Youth Center, where he played alongside players such as Ahmed Hassan. In 1996, at age 21, he moved to Aswan SC after being approved by coach Mohamed Amer. Ismaily SC After two successful seasons with Aswan, El Nahhas joined Ismaily SC in 1998, despite interest from other clubs including Al Ahly, Zamalek, and Al-Masry. His move was approved by German coach Frank Engel. El Nahhas helped Ismaily win the Egyptian Premier League title in the 2001–02 season, scoring five goals that season. As a result, Ismaily qualified for the 2003 CAF Champions League and reached the final.
