Sestriere (, , , ) is a ski resort in Piedmont, Italy, a ''comune'' (municipality) of the Metropolitan City of Turin. It is situated in Val Susa, from the France, French border. Its name derives from Latin language, Latin: ''ad petram sistrariam'', that is at sixty Roman mile, Roman miles from Turin. Drago Grubelnik
Drago Grubelnik (15 January 1976 – 17 November 2015) was a Slovenian alpine skier and coach. Born in Radlje ob Dravi, Grubelnik made the podium in one event on the Alpine Skiing World Cup, a third place in slalom in Wengen, Switzerland (January 2000). He competed at the 1998, 2002 and 2006 Winter Olympics. He retired from competitive sport in 2007. Prior to his death in November 2015, Grubelnik was the head coach of the Bulgarian ski team. Harald Christian Strand Nilsen (born 7 May 1971) is a retired Norwegian alpine skier. Born in Gjøvik, the all-rounder won no World Cup Races during his active career, but gained several podiums, especially in the 1994/95 season, where he ended third in the Giant Slalom World Cup behind Alberto Tomba and Jure Kosir. The 13th place in the overall Alpine skiing World Cup was to become his best classification in any year. In the following years Strand Nilsen specialised in slalom and regularly managed to be among the top 15 in World Cup races. However, he would never quite tie in with his earlier successes of 1994 and 1995.
