Ronnie O'Sullivan
Ronald Antonio O'Sullivan (born 5 December 1975) is an English professional snooker player. Graeme Dott
Graeme Dott (born 12 May 1977) is a Scottish professional snooker player and snooker coach from Larkhall. He turned professional in 1994 and first entered the top 16 in 2001. He has won two ranking titles, the 2006 World Snooker Championship and the 2007 China Open, and was runner-up in the World Championships of 2004 and 2010. He reached number 2 in the world rankings in 2007, but a subsequent episode of clinical depression seriously affected his form, causing him to drop to number 28 for the 2009–10 season. He then recovered his form, regained his top-16 ranking, and reached a third World Championship final. In 2011, he published his autobiography, ''Frame of Mind: The Autobiography of the World Snooker Champion.'' In 2025, Dott was charged with sexually abusing two children. Mediterranean Conference Centre
The Mediterranean Conference Centre (MCC, ) is a conference centre in Valletta, Malta. The building was built as a hospital in the 16th century by the Order of St. John, and it was known as the Sacra Infermeria or the Holy Infirmary (). It was known as the Grand Hôspital during the French occupation of Malta and during the British period was named as the Station Hospital. It was one of the leading hospitals in Europe until the 18th century, and remained in use until 1920. It had a capacity to keep from 500 to 2,500 patients. 2001 European Open (snooker)
The 2001 European Open was a professional snooker tournament and the third of nine WPBSA ranking events in the 2001/2002 season, following the LG Cup and preceding the UK Championship. It was held from 23 November to 1 December 2001 at the Mediterranean Conference Centre in Valletta, Malta – the same place as the 1997 edition of the tournament. Stephen Hendry captured his 33rd ranking title by defeating Joe Perry 9–2 in the final.
