Davie is a town in Broward County, Florida, United States, approximately north of Miami. The town's population was 110,320 at the 2020 census. Thomas Presthus (born April 5, 1975 in Edina, Minnesota) is an American former soccer goalkeeper. He spent seven seasons in Major League Soccer and earned one cap with the U.S. national team in 1999. Youth Presthus grew up in Minnesota playing football and hockey. When he was twelve, he broke his neck. As a result, he began playing soccer and basketball. He graduated from Edina High School. Ryan Shepard Suarez (born July 28, 1977) is an American soccer player, who last played in United Soccer Leagues for the California Victory. Born in Sacramento, Suarez graduated from Oakmont High School in nearby Roseville, California. Suarez played college soccer at San Jose State University from 1997 to 2000, and was named an NCAA All-American his senior season. He also played for the Silicon Valley Ambassadors in the Premier Development League. Upon graduating, Suarez was drafted 7th overall by the Dallas Burn in the 2001 MLS SuperDraft. USL First Division
The USL First Division (usually referred to as USL-1) was a professional men's soccer league in the United States and Canada from 2005 to 2010. During its existence, it formed the second tier of soccer in the United States soccer league system behind Major League Soccer. It was operated by United Soccer Leagues (USL) and was known as the A-League, from 1997 until 2004. Several teams left the league in 2009 to form the new North American Soccer League, with the intent of running their own second-tier league. Rochester Rhinos
Rochester New York FC, formerly known as the Rochester Rhinos, are an American professional soccer team based in Rochester, New York, United States. Founded in 1996, as the Rochester Raging Rhinos, they changed their name to Rochester Rhinos to start the 2008 season. Craig Demmin
Craig Demmin (born May 21, 1971) is a retired Trinidad soccer defender who played professionally in Major League Soccer and the USL First Division. Player College Demmin attended Belhaven University, playing on the men's soccer team from 1990 to 1993. He was a 1991 Second Team and a 1992 and 1993 First Team NAIA All American. In 1992, Demmin and his team mates won the NAIA national men's soccer championship. In 2008, he was inducted into the school's Athletic Hall of Fame. Professional Demmin played for East Fife F.C. before playing in Major League Soccer for the Tampa Bay Mutiny in 2001. Jason Moore is a retired American soccer midfielder who spent five seasons in Major League Soccer. He was a member of the United States men's national under-17 soccer team which went to the quarterfinals of the 1993 FIFA U-17 World Championship. Club Deportivo Oriente Petrolero () is a Bolivian football club based in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. They play at the 38,000-capacity Estadio Tahuichi Aguilera. Oriente have been Bolivian champions five times, Copa Aerosur winners two times. They have also been successful in South America, by being the second Bolivian team to make the quarter-finals in Copa Libertadores. José "Joselito" Vaca Velasco (born August 12, 1982 in Santa Cruz de la Sierra) is a Bolivian footballer. He currently plays as an attacking midfielder for Blooming in the Liga de Fútbol Profesional Boliviano (Bolivian Professional League). Club career Vaca joined Oriente Petrolero in 1999 at the age of 17, and played 33 games for the team his first year. Ryan William Nelsen (born 18 October 1977) is a former New Zealand professional football player and former head coach of Major League Soccer side Toronto FC. Nelsen commonly played as a defender, and his professional career began in 1995. Carlos Llamosa
Carlos Llamosa (born June 30, 1969) is an American retired soccer player who played as a defender. He currently serves as an assistant coach for the Portland Timbers. Early life and education Llamosa began his professional soccer career in 1986 with Colombian third division club Colmena. In 1990, he moved to Colombian first division side Huila. In 1991, Llamosa emigrated to the United States to join the rest of his family, which was at the time living in Queens, New York City.
