2000–01 Macedonian Football Cup
The 2000–01 Macedonian Football Cup was the 9th season of North Macedonia, Macedonia's football (soccer), football knockout competition. FK Sloga Jugomagnat, Sloga Jugomagnat were the defending champions, having won their second title the year before after reaching their fifth Final in a row. The 2000–01 champions were FK Pelister, Pelister who beat the defending champions to claim their first title after twice been runners-up in the first 2 Macedonian Cups in 1992–93 & 1993–94. FK Sloga Jugomagnat
FK Sloga Jugomagnat () was a football club that played in Skopje, North Macedonia. History Zafer's era (1927–1945) The club was established in 1927 under the name FK Zafer by the football enthusiasts coming from Skopje's neighborhood Livadishta meaning Meadow. Like other clubs from Skopje at that time, Zafer also played friendly matches with other clubs from the city. Shortly after, Zafer begun competing in the Skopje League (city league), and then in the regional league of the Skoplje Football Subassociation, a league made of the best clubs coming from the Southern part of the Vardar Duchy, SCS. The club from its beginning was the place where players from different minorities could gather, mostly Arnaut and Torbesh players, but not limited to. KF Shkëndija
Klubi i Futbollit Shkëndija (), commonly known as Shkëndija, is a professional football club based in Tetovo, North Macedonia. Founded in 1979 by Macedonian Albanians, the club is widely recognized for its strong community identity and passionate support from its ultras group, the Ballistët. FK Pobeda () was a football club based in the city of Prilep, North Macedonia. History The club was founded in 1941 as Goce Delčev and renamed in 1950 to FK Pobeda. FK Pobeda has been a winner of Macedonian First League for two times (eight times as Republic League in Yugoslavia), and Macedonian Football Cup for one time (eight times as Republic Cup in Yugoslavia). Their first great period was the 1950s, when they won the Republic Cup for the first time in 1951. One year later Pobeda won its first championship title in 1952 and in 1954 the second one. FK Borec () is a football club from Veles, North Macedonia. They currently play in the Macedonian Third League. History The club was founded in 1919. FK Borec played in the Macedonian First League from the 1992–93 through the 1994–95 season. The club was promoted to the First League again following the 1996–97 season. FK Belasica () is a professional association football, football club based in the city of Strumica, North Macedonia. They are currently competing in the Macedonian Second Football League, Macedonian Second League. History The club was founded on 22 April 1922 at the cafe of Tašo Todorov, where fifty initiators gathered at the founding meeting for the football club Belasica Strumica. According to documents, the first meeting was held on 13 August 1922 with Gjorgi Moskov elected president, Tomi Kujundziev as secretary and Rosto Perov as treasurer. The first match played in club history was against Pobeda from Skopje, where Belasica lost by the score of 1–0. KF Bashkimi () was a football club, which was played in the town of Kumanovo, North Macedonia. The club was dissolved before the 2008–09 Macedonian First League season, when they folded due to financial reasons. A successor club which claims rights to Bashkimi's honours and records was established in 2011 under the same name. However, they are not legally considered to be successors to the original Bashkimi and the two clubs' track records and honours are kept separate by the Football Federation of Macedonia.
