1999–2000 Ukrainian Second League Cup
The Ukrainian Second League Cup 1999–00 was the first edition of Second League Cup competition designated exclusively for clubs of the Second League. It was organized as a qualification tournament for the Ukrainian Cup with only the finalist advancing to the national cup competition. The Cup started with a qualification round on August 18, 1999, and consisted of 11 pairs. The winner of that round was identified by a single game and advancing to the first round of competition. The first round started on September 1. From the first round and all the way to the final teams played a home-away elimination type tournament. The best two teams faced off after qualifying for the main event. Both Borysfen and Kherson were eliminated in the second round of the Ukrainian Cup with a big margin on March 29, 2000. FC Obolon Kyiv ( uk, Оболонь) is a Ukrainian professional football club based in Kyiv ( Obolonskyi District). Its home colors are green shirts and white shorts; while its away uniforms are white shirts and green shorts. Its main sponsor was the brewery Obolon in 1999-2013. Since 2013, the club is owned by the factory. FC Adoms Kremenchuk
FC ADOMS Kremenchuk was a Ukrainian football club formed in Kremenchuk, Poltava Oblast in 1999 and based at Polytechnic Stadium from 1998 to 2001. Team competed in two seasons of Ukrainian Second League before dissolving in 2001. History The club was formed in early part of 1999 by owner a local company "Adoms" Kostiantyn Turkin and Dmytro Oleksiinko. Turkin became clubs first President. Hryhoriy Chychykov was appointed as first coach. Club colors were blue and white. For its first season the team participated in second round of Poltava Oblast Championship replacing Budivelnyk Shyshaky. They finished 11th out of 13 teams. Matchday programme by Avanhard Rovenky stated that Adoms only drew with Psel Hadiach and won all their matches, while not conceding any goals. FC Dnipro-2 () was the reserve team of FC Dnipro. History The club initially competed in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast competition as FC Dnipro-2 Dnipropetrovsk .
