The 1998–99 Austrian Cup () was the 65th season of Austria's nationwide football cup competition. The final was held at the Ernst-Happel-Stadion, Vienna on 18 May 1999. The competition was won by Sturm Graz after beating LASK 4–2 on penalties after the match finished 1-1 after extra time. Sportverein Horn is a football club based in the city of Horn, Austria, which competes in the Austrian Regionalliga East, one of the third tiers of Austrian football, following relegation from the 2. Liga in the 2024–25. Founded in 1922, SV Horn won the Landesliga Niederösterreich title in 1991, 1998, and 2007.
