The 1997–98 Copa Federación de España was the fifth staging of the Copa Federación de España, a knockout competition for Spanish football clubs in Segunda División B and Tercera División Tercera División () was the fourth tier of the Spanish football league system. Guadix Club de Fútbol is a Spanish football team based in Guadix, in the autonomous community of Andalusia. AD Ceuta
Asociación Deportiva Ceuta was a Spanish football team based in the autonomous city of Ceuta. Founded in 1996, its last season was 2011–12 in Segunda División B, holding home matches at '' Estadio Alfonso Murube'', with a capacity of 6,500. History ''Agrupación Deportiva Ceuta'', another team from the city, was founded in 1972 and folded in 1991. The club played once in the ''Segunda División'', in 1980–81. In 1997 ''Asociación Deportiva Ceuta'' was born, reaching the third level in only two years; in its first decades of existence, it appeared – without success – in five second division promotion play-offs. On 1 July 2012, Ceuta was relegated to the Tercera División for unpaid wages to its players. After 2011–12 season, the club was administratively relegated to Regional Preferente de Ceuta due to unpaid wages from the previous season. Club Deportivo Corralejo was a Spanish football club based in Corralejo, Fuerteventura, in the autonomous community of the Canary Islands. Founded in 1975 and dissolved in 2004, the club played 14 seasons in Tercera División, and a further three in Segunda División B. Club de Fútbol Palencia was a Spanish football team based in Palencia, in the autonomous community of Castile and León. Founded in 1975 and dissolved in 2012, it held home games at '' Estadio La Nueva Balastera'', with an 8,100-seat capacity. Copa Federación De España (Castile And León Tournament)
The Castile and León tournament is the previous round of the Copa RFEF in Castile and León. Organized by the Football Federation of Castile and León, the regional teams in Segunda División B and Tercera División (Group 8) that did not qualify for the Copa del Rey can play voluntarily this tournament, including reserve teams. Format The tournament is played between July and October, and the champion of the tournament qualifies to the National tournament of the Copa RFEF.
