The football (soccer) Campeonato Brasileiro Série B 1995, the second level of Brazilian National League, was held from August 13 to December 16, 1995. The competition had 24 clubs and two of them were promoted to Campeonato Brasileiro Série A, Série A and two were relegated to Campeonato Brasileiro Série C, Série C. The competition was won by Clube Atlético Paranaense, Atlético-PR. Clube Atlético Paranaense, Atlético-PR finished the final phase group with the most points, and was declared 1995 Brazilian Série B champions, claiming the promotion to the 1996 Campeonato Brasileiro Série A, 1996 Série A along with Coritiba Football Club, Coritiba, the runners-up. The Campeonato Brasileiro Série B (commonly referred to as the Brasileirão Série B, the Série B or the Brazilian Série B to distinguish it from the Italian and the Ecuadorian Serie B), and currently officially called Brasileirão Série B Superbet by sponsorship reasons) is the second tier of the Brazilian football league system. Although not having been played annually since its founding in 1971, the competition format has changed almost every season. América Futebol Clube, commonly referred to as América de Natal, is a Brazilian professional club based in Natal, Rio Grande do Norte founded on 14 July 1915.
