1994–95 Egyptian Premier League
14 teams participated in the 1994–95 Egyptian Premier League season. The first team in the league was the champion, and was supposed to qualify to the 1996 African Cup of Champions Clubs, African Cup of Champions Clubs, but this did not happen as Al Ahly was boycotting the Confederation of African Football, CAF competitions so the Runner up Zamalek qualified instead. Egyptian Premier League
The Egyptian Premier League (), also known as the Nile League () for sponsorship reasons, after the addition of title sponsor Nile Developments, is a professional association football league in Egypt and the highest level of the Egyptian football league system. The league comprises 18 teams and operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the Egyptian Second Division A. Seasons mostly run from August to May. Unlike most other leagues, games are played on all days of the week. The Egyptian Premier League was founded in 1948, unifying the local leagues that existed previously. Egyptian Second Division
The Egyptian Second Division () was an Egyptian semi-professional football league representing the second tier of the Egyptian football league system until 2023. It was administered by the Egyptian Football Association. It was below the top professional league in the country, the Egyptian Premier League, and above the regional league Egyptian Third Division. El-Qanah Football Club (), also known as Canal SC or Suez Canal, is an Egyptian football club based in Ismailia, Egypt. The club currently plays in the Egyptian Second Division, the second-highest league in the Egyptian football league system.
