The 1993–94 Swiss Cup was the 69th season of Switzerland's annual football cup competition. It began on 13 August with the first games of Round 1 and ended on 15 May 1994 with the Final held at Wankdorf, Bern. The winners earned a place in the first round of the Cup Winners' Cup. Grasshopper Club Zürich
Grasshopper Club Zürich, commonly referred to as simply GC, GCZ, or Grasshoppers, is a multisports club based in Zürich, Switzerland. The oldest and best known department of the club is its football team. FC Solothurn is a Swiss football club based in Solothurn. The club has played in Nationalliga B (2nd level), and currently plays at 1. Liga (Group 2) (3rd level). History From season 1925–26 to 1930–31, when a new system got introduced, FC Solothurn played in the highest football league in Switzerland. The former manager of Grasshopper Club Zürich, Hanspeter Latour, managed FC Solothurn for 13 years in 1983–1996. FC Tuggen is a Swiss football club from the town of Tuggen in Canton Schwyz, the German-speaking region of Switzerland. The club was founded in 1966 and currently plays in 1. FC Gossau is a Swiss football club from the city of Gossau in the canton of St. Gallen. It currently plays in the Challenge League, the second-highest level of Swiss football.
