1993–94 Serie A
The 1993–94 Serie A was won by Milan, being the 14th title for the ''rossoneri'' and their third in succession, complemented by glory in the UEFA Champions League. It was a disappointing season in the league for Internazionale, whose 13th-place finish saw them avoid relegation by a single point, but they compensated for this by winning the UEFA Cup. Piacenza, Udinese, Atalanta and Lecce were all relegated. Milan won the ''Scudetto'' during the penultimate match against Udinese. AC Milan also set an unprecedented record for securing the title by scoring just 36 goals, the lowest in Serie A history. Pecorino Sardo
''Pecorino sardo'' (; ) is a firm cheese from Sardinia made from sheep milk, specifically from the milk of the local Sarda sheep. It was awarded '' denominazione d'origine'' (DO) status in 1991 and granted protected designation of origin (PDO) protection in 1996, the year in which this European Union certification scheme was introduced. There are two varieties: ''pecorino sardo dolce'', aged for 20–60 days; and ''pecorino sardo maturo'', which is aged more than 2 months. ''Pecorino sardo'' is an uncooked hard cheese, made from fresh whole sheep's milk curdled using calf's rennet. The mixture is salted and poured into moulds. The ''dolce'' weights 1.0-2.3 kilograms, while the ''maturo'' weighs 1.7-4.0 kilograms. Erreà () is a sports equipment supplier from Italy. Erreà was the first Italian sportswear company to be accredited with the Oeko-tex standard certification, which assures that garments textiles are free from harmful chemicals. Background Established in 1988, Erreà's world headquarters are in San Polo di Torrile, just outside Parma. It was founded by Angelo Gandolfi, who remains president today. Bruno Giorgi (20 November 1940 – 22 September 2010) was an Italian football player and manager who played as a defender. Biography After an unremarkable career with teams such as Palermo and Reggiana, Giorgi became a football coach. In 1989, after several experiences in minor league football (including a stint at Vicenza during which he had the opportunity to launch a young Roberto Baggio into his early footsteps into first team football), and immediately after narrowly missing top flight promotion with Serie B outsiders Cosenza, he took the head coaching job at Fiorentina (also, his first Serie A job) where he performed badly at domestic league level but also leading the club to the 1989–90 UEFA Cup final, being however removed from his position before the two-legged final itself was actually played. Claudio Cesare Prandelli (; born 19 August 1957) is an Italian former football coach and former player. Playing career Prandelli was a midfielder who moved from Atalanta to Juventus in 1979. His first game for Juventus was in the 1979–80 European Cup Winners' Cup against Raba ETO Győr. He played six seasons with Juventus, with his final game in the 1984–85 Coppa Italia against Milan.
