1992 Supercopa Libertadores
The 1992 Supercopa Libertadores was the fifth season of the Supercopa Libertadores, a club football tournament for past Copa Libertadores winners. The tournament was won by Cruzeiro, who beat Racing 4–1 on aggregate in the final. This was the second time Cruzeiro had won the Supercopa Libertadores. As the new reigning Copa Libertadores champions, Brazilian side São Paulo were admitted into the competition. Colombian side Atlético Nacional took part for the first time in 3 seasons. Edi Wilson José dos Santos (born 15 October 1966), better known as Dinho, is a former football manager and player. As a player, he played as a centre-back or defensive midfielder, most notably for São Paulo and Grêmio. Started a manager career with Luverdense in 2005-2006 and with Grêmio youth sectors. Antônio Carlos Zago (born 18 May 1969), sometimes known as just Antônio Carlos or simply Zago, is a Brazilian professional football coach and former player who played as a centre back. Club career Early career Born in Presidente Prudente, São Paulo, also having Italian origins, Zago moved to Dourados, Mato Grosso do Sul as a teenager, and began his senior career with local side Ubiratan, as a forward and being known as Tonhão. Natanael dos Santos Macedo, known as Macedo (16 December 1969) is a Brazilian former professional footballer. Career At the age of 12, Macedo started in the youth levels of Rio Branco Esporte Clube. He turned professional in 1990. That year, he shared the topscorer of the second level of São Paulo league with 14 goals. In January 1991, he had the pass bought by São Paulo, in a negotiation that totaled 550.000 dollars. Macedo arrived in São Paulo FC at the age of 20, in 1990.
