1991–92 Courage National 4 South
The 1991–92 Courage National 4 South was the fifth full season of rugby union within the fourth tier of the English league system, currently known as National League 2 South. At the end of the campaign, Havant finished as champions, just edging Hampshire rivals Basingstoke by virtue of a better for/against record to gain promotion to the 1992–93 National Division 3. At the other end of the table Ealing and Sidcup finished in the relegation zone. Of the two Sidcup put up the better fight but ended up being relegated in 12th place despite being tied with two other clubs on 6 points each due to a poorer for/against record. Both clubs would be relegated to London 1 for the following season. Structure Each team played one match against each of the other teams, playing a total of twelve matches each. Havant RFC
Havant RFC is an English rugby union club and is a member of the Hampshire RFU. The men's 1st XV currently play in the RFU's National League 2 East, a tier 4 league, following their promotion from Regional 1 South Central at the end of the 2023–24 season. Havant currently run four senior men's teams and two senior women’s teams – 1st XV, 2nd XV (Dolphins) – who play in the Solent League, 3rd XV ('A' XV) – who play in Hampshire 2 and a veteran's side (The Mariners). The two senior women’s teams consist of the 1st XV, who are playing in the RFUW's Women's Championship 2 South West League for the 2023-2024 season, and the Sirens who compete in National Challenge 3 South West (South). Maidstone Football Club is an English rugby union club based in Maidstone, Kent. The men's first XV currently compete in Counties 2 Kent - a league at the eighth tier of the English rugby union system. The club has thriving mini and youth sections, with enjoyment and development a priority. There are three men's senior teams, catering for all ages and abilities, along with a senior women's team. History One of the oldest rugby clubs in the country, the club was formed in 1880, and originally played at a ground close to the centre of the town owned by a Dr. Monckton. Horsenden Hill (; ) is a hill and open space, located between the Perivale, Sudbury, and Greenford areas of West London.
