Second Professional Football League (Bulgaria)
The Bulgarian Second Professional Football League ( bg, Втора професионална футболна лига, Vtora Profesionalna Futbolna Liga), also known as Second League ( bg, Втора Лига) or Vtora liga, is the second level of the Bulgarian football league system, below First Professional Football League (Bulgaria), First League and above the Third Amateur Football League (Bulgaria), Third League. Sixteen teams take part in the league, each playing twice against all the other, once home and once away. Most matches are played on Saturdays and Sundays. The league is administered by the Bulgarian Professional Football League. In 2016, the B Group's name was rebranded to Second Professional Football League. FC Haskovo
FC Haskovo 1957 ( bg, ФК Хасково 1957) is a Bulgarian football club based in Haskovo, which currently competes in the A RFG Haskovo, the fourth tier of Bulgarian football. Haskovo's home ground is the Haskovo Stadium, which has a capacity of 9,000 spectators. Haskovo have spent a total of 7 seasons in the Bulgarian elite, most recently in the 2014-15 season. After the 2020-21 season, FC Haskovo’s senior team was merged with FC Izvor Gorski Izvor, which itself was moved to Haskovo to form a new club, called Sayana Haskovo. Sayana took Haskovo’s place in the Southeast Third League. The original club was reformed under the name OFC Haskovo. Arena Arda
Arena Arda is a football stadium in Kardzhali, Bulgaria, and the home ground of Arda Kardzhali. History The stadium was constructed and opened in the early 1960s under the name "Druzhba". At the time of its official inauguration it was among the most modern stadiums in the country. It is located in Recreation and Culture Park (better known as Prostor Park). The stadium had a football pitch sized 105 x 68 m, an Olympic track and field in accordance with all international requirements, a media booth, and 4 main entrances. Its first renovation was carried out in the early 1980s when it became among the first stadiums in Bulgaria equipped with individual plastic seats. However this reduced its capacity to about 15,000. During Bulgaria's economic downturn in the 1990s the overall condition of the stadium began to deteriorate due to lack of adequate funding and maintenance. Kardzhali

Svishtov
Svishtov ( bg, Свищов ) is a town in northern Bulgaria, located in Veliko Tarnovo Province on the right bank of the Danube river opposite the Romanian town of Zimnicea. It is the administrative centre of the homonymous Svishtov Municipality. The town is the second-largest in the province after the city of Veliko Tarnovo and before Gorna Oryahovitsa. Name The origins of the name Svishtov can be found in its old Bulgarian variation Sveshtniy (Свѣщний), deriving from the word ''svesht'' or ''svyasht'' (свѣщ), meaning "candle". This was due to the existence of a lighthouse in the city. The previous name Sistova was first mentioned in the peace treaty that ended the Austro-Turkish War in 1791, when Bulgaria was still under Ottoman rule. FC Marek ( bg, ФК Марек) is a Bulgarian football club based in Dupnitsa, currently playing in the Third League, the third level of the Bulgarian football league system. It was founded in 1947 following the unification of four local clubs. Home matches take place at Bonchuk Stadium, where Marek famously defeated Bayern Munich in 1977. OFK Spartak ( bg, ОФК Спартак) is a Bulgarian municipal association football club from the city of Pleven founded on 10 September 1919. It currently competes in the Second League, the second tier of Bulgarian football.
