The 1985–86 FIBA Korać Cup was the 15th edition of FIBA's FIBA Korać Cup, Korać Cup basketball competition. The Italian Banco di Roma Virtus, Banco di Roma defeated the Italian Mobilgirgi Caserta in the final. Three of the final four teams were from Italy, and this was the second consecutive year in which both of the final two teams were from Italy. The FIBA Korać Cup was an annual basketball club competition held by FIBA Europe between the 1971–72 and 2001–02 seasons. It was the European professional club basketball system, third-tier level club competition in European basketball, after the FIBA European Champions Cup (later renamed the EuroLeague) and the FIBA Cup Winners Cup (later renamed the FIBA Saporta Cup).
