Dave Shand
David Alistair Shand (born August 11, 1956) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey defenceman. Drafted in 1976 by both the Atlanta Flames of the National Hockey League and the Calgary Cowboys of the World Hockey Association, Shand also played for the Toronto Maple Leafs and Washington Capitals. Hockey career Shand was born in Cold Lake, Alberta and raised in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba. As a youth, he played in the 1967 and 1968 Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournaments with a minor ice hockey team from Borden, Saskatchewan. Randy Holt
Stewart Randall Holt (born January 15, 1953) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey defenceman who spent ten seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL). Known as one of the toughest players in the sport during his career, he still holds the NHL single-game record for penalty minutes. Playing career Holt was born in Pembroke, Ontario. After playing his junior hockey with the Sudbury Wolves, Holt was selected 45th overall in the 1973 NHL Amateur Draft by the Chicago Black Hawks. He spent most of the next four seasons in the Central Hockey League with the Dallas Black Hawks, Chicago's top minor league affiliate, although he was a frequent callup to Chicago, appearing in 42 games over that stretch. Garry Unger
Garry Douglas Unger (born December 7, 1947) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey centre who played 16 seasons in the National Hockey League from 1967 until 1983. Early life Unger was born on December 7, 1947, Calgary, Alberta, Canada, to parents Olive and Jack. His younger sister, Carol Ann, contracted polio as a baby and became permanently disabled. Playing career Unger set an NHL record by playing 914 consecutive games in the regular season between February 24, 1968, and December 21, 1979, doing so with four teams: the Toronto Maple Leafs, Detroit Red Wings, St. Louis Blues and Atlanta Flames.
