1978 Israel Super Cup
The 1978 Israel Super Cup was the eighth Israel Super Cup (13th, including unofficial matches, as the competition wasn't played within the Israel Football Association in its first 5 editions, until 1969), an annual Israel football match played between the winners of the previous season's Top Division and Israel State Cup. The match was played between Maccabi Netanya, champions of the 1977–78 Liga Leumit and Beitar Jerusalem, runners-up in the league, as Maccabi Netanya won the 1977–78 Israel State Cup. This was Maccabi Netanya's 3rd Israel Super Cup appearance and Beitar's Second. At the match, played at Maccabi Netanya Stadium, Maccabi Netanya won 4–0.City of Diamonds and Titles

Yossi Mizrahi
Yossi Mizrahi ( he, יוסי מזרחי, born 1953) is a retired Israeli goalkeeper and is a current manager. Early life Yosef (Yossi) Mizrahi was born in West Jerusalem on April 4, 1953. He grew up in Katamon and studied at Ma'aleh state religious school. As a teenager, he played on the youth team of Hapoel Jerusalem. Career In 1974–1987, Mizrahi was the goalkeeper for Beitar Jerusalem. Two years after he joined the team, it won the State Cup for the first time. In 1994, Mizrahi was assistant coach under Amatzia Levkovic. In 1994, Levkovic was fired four games into the season and Mizrahi was appointed head coach. Shmulik Perlman
Shmulik Perlman (23 May 1926 – 24 September 2003) was an Israeli football player and manager. Career Perlman was born in Tel Aviv in 1926, he began his career in the youth ranks of Maccabi Ramat Gan. At the age of 14 he moved to Maccabi Netanya, Netanya paid Ramat Gan a transfer fee of £P30. He began playing for the senior side at the age of 16 and on 25 March 1944 scored his first goal in the first division, in a 0-2 victory over Maccabi Petah Tikva. Perelman played with Netanya in the State cup finals of 1954 against Maccabi Tel Aviv. His last game was on 18 January 1958, in a game where his team lost to Maccabi Tel Aviv 3-1 in the league. After retiring as a player, Perlman started his coaching career. After one season with Hapoel Even Yehuda he was appointed the youth coach of Maccabi Netanya. He remained with Netanya until 1968.
