1974–75 Austrian Cup
The 1974–75 Austrian Cup () was the 41st season of Austria's nationwide football cup competition. The final was played over two legs, on 17 June 1975 at the Tivoli, Innsbruck and on 25 June 1975 at the Liebenauer Stadion, Graz. The competition was won by SWW Innsbruck after beating Sturm Graz 3–2 on aggregate. FC Wacker Innsbruck
FC Wacker Innsbruck was an Austrian association football club from Innsbruck, Tyrol. History The ''Fußball-Club Wacker'' ("Valiant") ''Innsbruck'' was established in 1915 by Jakob Hanspeter, Benedikt Hosp, Josef Leitner, Josef Albrecht and other now unknown football enthusiasts and adopted club colours of black and green. After a few years playing friendlies against other Innsbruck sides, the club was put on hiatus until 1918 because of the interruption of the First World War. In 1964 the club participated the first time in Austria's A-Liga, today's Bundesliga, winning its first championship in 1971. On 20 July 1971, FC Wacker Innsbruck and SV Wattens, also playing in Austrian first division, merged to form a single team called ''SpG Swarovski Wattens-Innsbruck'' (SSW Innsbruck) in order to focus the football power of Tyrol better. First Vienna FC is an Austrian football club based in the Döbling district of Vienna. Established on 22 August 1894, it is the country's oldest team and has played a notable role in the history of the game there. The Wiener Sport-Club, sometimes abbreviated as WSC, was established in 1883 in Vienna, Austria and is one of the country's oldest athletics clubs. Their traditional home is in the Dornbach quarter of the city ( 17th district). History At various times throughout its history the club has had departments for fencing, boxing, wrestling, cycling, handball, track and field, field hockey, tennis, squash, football and water polo.
